Description
Constructions made from natural Alang-Alang foliage which comes from Indonesia where the finest quality is harvested. Hand-knitted on wood or rope, they are naturally dried and fumigated during importation. It is an excellent looking natural material that gives a tropical touch to any space.
The formwork of the structures can be either logs or square timber. The Alang-Alang material lasts for about 10-15 years and after that only the shading material can be partially replaced, at low cost, without changing the wood type.
